About Resolve It, Inc.

Resolve It, Inc. is a dynamic organization, and, is celebrating its second decade in providing labor education for union officers, delegates and stewards. Currently our focus has been on providing practical labor training and consultation so they may better serve their rank and file in this dismal economic climate. We offer individualized seminars and training in internal and external organizing, contract administration/grievance handling as well as all other union related subjects.

Resolve It, Inc. also provides mediation services and technical assistance to address specific issues that confront your union, including organizing and contract campaigns, negotiations, combating union busting tactics, internal union conflict resolution, dispute resolution at the work place, internal union elections and union administration. We have provided our services to many unions in the Metropolitan New York Region.

JOSHUA E. BIENSTOCK - Josh, a labor lawyer, has taught at Cornell University School of Industrial Labor Relations for over twenty years. He has also taught at New York Institute of Technology, Dowling College and City University (Brooklyn Tech), teaching courses in Labor Law, Collective Bargaining, Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution.

JAMES E. MILLER (Deceased) - Jim served as the Director of Labor Studies at Cornell University School of Industrial Labor Relations for twenty years. He taught over 36,000 workers and 1,500 local unions around the country. At Cornell he taught courses in Collective Bargaining, Contract Administration and Dispute Resolution.
